Clif Shot Bloks are simple to handle, easy to chew electrolyte sweets that add a great bit of variety to the usual bar and gel based energy products.

Suggested usage is to eat 3 bloks (1 serving) every hour during exercise. The Orange flavour is caffeinated providing 25mg of caffeine per serving.
