24 Pack of Science In Sport (SIS) Go Energy Bars. Chewy fruit and cereal based bars using natural ingredients such as fruit, fruit juices and organic oats to deliver sustained energy.
Every Go Bar is packed with fruit, the equivalent of about two whole portions of fruit from your 5 a day, they're made by combining real fruit and fruit juices (concentrated grape juice is the prime basis of the bars) with organic oats and soya (soya is a great source of protein, naturally high in glutamine which is particularly important for recovery and adaptation to exercise) to create a chewy textured bar. They contain no hydrogenated vegetable oils, added sugar, artificial flavours, preservatives, or colours.
Each Go Bar comes in at around just 2% fat (Apple & Blackcurrant 2%, Cherry & Vanilla 2%, Chewy Banana 2%, Chocolate & Orange 4%).

SIS Go Bars are available in Apple & Blackcurrant, Banana, Cherry Vanilla and Chocolate Orange flavours or select a mixed flavour pack to get a selection of flavours.
