Making a Purchase

To make a purchase click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket" and then complete the checkout process. We accept payments via credit card (securely processed by Protx/Sagepay) or you can pay via Paypal.

Credait card payments (Visa and Mastercard) are processed via SagePay (formerly Protx). Sagepay are the UK's leading independant payment processor and ensures we offer you the highest level of security possible, all payment pages are secure and encrypted and Sagepay are fully PCI compliant to ensure your card details are never compromised.

Paypal

We can also accept any payment type handled by Paypal, that doesn't mean you need a Paypal account as most major credit and debit cards are also accepted via this method. You can then either pay with one of the the following payment cards or use your Paypal account if you already have one.

Order Status

We use the following stages against your order to reflect it's current status -

  • Pending - we haven't receive your payment
  • Processing - we're getting your order ready to ship
  • Completed - you're order has been shipped
  • Cancelled - we've agreed with you to cancel your order
  • Declined - you're order has been declined

Out of Stock Items

We endeavour to mark any items out of stock as such on the website, if you do place an order for an out of stock item we'll contact you with an estimated delivery date so you can decide if you're happy to wait. If you don't want to wait you can cancel the order or we may be able to offer you an alternative product.

You can review your order progress by logging into the "My Account" area of the site.

Returns

If you're not happy with your order or want to return items please contact us first at team@thefeedstation.com

You can return products to us within 14 days of delivery in as new and unopened condition and we'll provide a full refund. Refunds are issued once the goods are received back to us or if you don't want to wait send us proof of return shipment and we'll issue the refund immediately.

If you're returning goods because you've changed your mind it's your responsibility to return the goods to us and to pay any return postage cost.

If you're returning goods because of an error on our part we'll arrange collection of the goods or reimburse you the cost of return postage.

All prices include VAT at the current UK rate where applicable
