Making a Purchase
To make a purchase click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket" and then complete the checkout process.
Payments are handled by Paypal, although that doesn't mean you need a Paypal account as all major credit cards are accepted. Once you have confirmed your order details you will be redirected to Paypal to process payment. You can then either pay with one of the the following payment cards or use your Paypal account if you already have one.
Order Status
We use the following stages against your order to reflect it's current status -
- Pending - we haven't receive your payment
- Processing - we're getting your order ready to ship
- Completed - you're order has been shipped
- Cancelled - we've agreed with you to cancel your order
- Declined - you're order has been declined
Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to mark any items out of stock as such on the website, if you do place an order for an out of stock item we'll contact you with an estimated delivery date so you can decide if you're happy to wait. If you don't want to wait you can cancel the order or we may be able to offer you an alternative product.
You can review your order process by logging into the "My Account" area of the site.
Returns
You can return products to us within 14 days of delivery in as new and unopened condition and we'll provide a full refund.

All prices include VAT at the current rate where applicable

Monthly Free Sample Promotion
Occassionally we'll be offering a limited number of a selected product on a free sample basis. As limited numbers are available you need to get in early to be in with a chance of claiming yours.
To get your free sample just follow these steps -
- First visit the offers page and find the free sample offer
- Add it to your shopping basket just like any other item and complete the checkout process
- If you just want the free sample and aren't ordering other items there's a small shipping charge to pay (the price of a first class stamp). If you are purchasing other items there's no additional shipping charge and we'll send the free sample with your order
Some conditions relating to this promotion -
Availability - They'll be a different free samples, usually a different one each month but only limited numbers will be available, if the free sample shows out of stock it means there are none currently available.
One per customer - Only one of each sample in the current promotion is available per customer/household. There's no restriction on you requesting different promotional samples in the future as they become available.
Our rights - we reserve the right to amend or end the promotion at any time.
