Recommended Usage

Start drinking GU Electrolyte Brew before starting your workout, to maximize hydration levels, GU recommend 5-700ml of GU Electrolyte Brew is consumed about an hour before exercise. During exercise consume 500-750ml per hour then after finishing your workout continue hydrating with GU Electrolyte Brew, but supplement this with GU Recovery Brew to help your body replenish what was lost during exercise.

You can combine GU Electrolyte Brew with GU Energy Gels or Roctane Ultra Endurance Gels for a complete sports hydration and fueling strategy. Take one gel 15 minutes before training or competition and then one gel every 30-45 minutes during exercise. Drink GU Electrolyte Brew throughout and when you’re finished, complete your workout with GU Recovery Brew.
