High 5 Isotonic Energy Drink Single Sachet
High 5 Isotonic has been developed to provide fast fluid replacement and energy for exercising in hot conditions. The product is basically the same as High 5 Energy Source but it has been designed so that it can be mixed at lower concentrations for racing in hot conditions. High 5 Isotonic contains 2:1 fructose, which has been shown by research to provide up to 50% more fuel to the working muscles and deliver fluids substanially faster than traditional sports drink formulations. Isotonic contains a high level of all the key electrolytes is easy on the stomach and has a light taste so you can drink it in large amounts when your sweat rates are high.
Recommended Usage
Simply drink as much High 5 Isotonic as you comfortably can. You should continue drinking after exercise until you are fully re-hydrated.
