High 5 Xtreme Energy Drink 1.4kg

High 5 Energy Source Xtreme is a stimulant enhanced version of High 5 Energy Source, in addition to the standard Energy Source drink it contains L-Carnitine, taurine, bitter orange peel and high levels of caffeine, coupled with High 5's High Electrolyte Anti Cramp (HEAC) formula.   

This 1.4kg tub will make 28 servings when mixed at High 5's recommended concentration of 50g per 500ml.

Recommended Usage

To mix add 2.5 scoops into 500ml of water.

To prepare for a training session drink 500ml in the 60 minutes before your training starts. During training for body weights uder 60kg drink a further 250ml, for body weights of 60kg to 75kg drink a further 500ml or for body weights of 75kg to 95kg drink a further 750ml. Due to the relatively high caffeine content of High 5 Xtreme if you need more sports drink during your exercise then switch to High 5 Energy Source or High 5 Energy Source 4:1.

The recommended usage is a maximum of 3 servings per day, you should stop using this product if any side affects occur.
