Ordering

Can I order over the phone?
Not currently, to keep our costs low and pass on great prices to our customers we only accept orders via our website.

Do you offer group/bulk discounts?
If you're interested in making a group, club or bulk purchase, e-mail us at team@thefeedstation.com and we'll see if we can help.

How do I pay?
We accept paypal and all major credit cards. We use Sagepay (protx) to securely process card payments so you can be assured your card data is encrypted and kept secure.

I have a discount coupon code, how do I use it?
Generally you need to be logged into your account to use a coupon, simply enter the coupon code in the relevant box during the checkout process.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, please refer to our shipping information for the countries we ship to and the shipping costs for these countries. Shipping information can be found at - Shipping Information

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Simply put, as quickly as possible, usually this means within 1 working day, if we can get the order out the same day we will. If there's a problem and it's going to take longer than 2 working days to ship your order then we'll be in contact with you.

Who will deliver my order?
Most orders are delivered via Parcelforce, some small orders are shipped via First Class post so will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?
Small items sent via Royal Mail generally don't require a signature, larger orders sent via Parcelforce do require someone to be in to sign for them. If no one is available the parcel will normally be returned to the local Parcelforce depot or to a local post office for you to collect from there.

After the order has been shipped how long will it take to arrive?
We send small orders via Royal Mail First Class post which usually means delivery within 1-2 working days. Larger orders are sent via Parcelforce and generally take 2 working days to arrive.

Are orders delivered on weekends?
Parcelforce deliveries only take place on weekdays, small orders sent via Royal Mail may be delivered to some addresses on Saturdays.

Can I have my order delivered to work?
Yes, when you order you can specify a different delivery address if required.

I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
Firstly log into your account and check your order status, if it shows as completed we have shipped your order and it will generally reach you in 1-2 days. If you've still not received your order within 3 days of it being marked as completed please get in contact with us.

Order Details

Can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order and view your order history by logging into your account, click on order history to view the status of your orders.

My order status shows as "Pending", what does that mean?
If your order shows as Pending it may mean there's a problem with your order payment, pending orders mean we've received your details but haven't received payment. It may mean that something went wrong with the payment or you simply decided not to continue with the order.

My order status shows as "Processing", what does this mean?
Processing means we've received your order and payment, we'll be getting the order ready to ship to you.

My order status shows as "Completed", what does this mean?
Completed means your order has been shipped to you, if you haven't already received it you should expect it in a day or two.

Security

Do you save my credit card details?
We don't save any of our customers card/payment details.

What do you do with my personal information?
We retain your name, address and contact information to save you entering the information each time you order and we may use it to contact you occasionally. You can be assured we don't sell your information on to anyone else.


Returns

I'm not happy with my order, can I return it?
If there's a problem then please get in contact with us as soon as possible by emailing us at team@thefeedstation.com. If we've messed up we'll pay the cost of return shipment, if you've simply changed your mind return the items to us and we'll issue a refund.
