Gu Energy Gel 24 Pack
24 pack of Gu energy gel, the world's first energy gel. Gu gels are based on a blend of simple and complex carbohydrates to deliver easily digested and long lasting energy along with electrolytes to help maintain hydration levels. To aid recovery gu gels also contain the antioxidant vitamins C & E, chamomile which works as an anti inflammatory during and after exercise, ginger to sooth the stomach and a host or minerals derived from sea salt.
Recommended Usage
Gu recommend taking one gel sachet 15 minutes before exercise followed another sachet every 30-45 minutes depending on exercise intensity.
Flavours
Chocolate Mint, Strawberry Banana and Lemon Sublime are caffeine free, Jet Blackberry and Espresso Love contains 40mg of caffeine, Chocolate Outrage and Vanilla Bean contain 20mg of caffeine.

What a rare treat! These great tasting gels from GU offer flavour, nutritional options and a unique stance in terms of viscosity. Instead of following the more liquid trend, they actually move closer to the texture of a mildly melted chew with all the flavours being perfectably palatable. This makes it easier to simultaneously breathe and eat compared to standard gels, even more so with a water chaser, and they permit a good fuel hit. Across the options there's a consistent slug of 25g carbohydrate that you'll need to consider when calculating your dose. In terms of specific nutrition with regards to performance, the various options permit you to choose from between 40-55mg of sodium, 35-45mg of patassium, a generous helping of antioxidants, and single or double hits of caffeine""
