SIS GO Isotonic Energy Gel 30 Pack

The SIS GO Energy gel delivers 25g of isotonic carbohydrate energy per sachet giving enough energy for around 20-30 minutes exercise. Being isotonic it is one of the few energy gels that can be consumed without extra water and has also been formulated to go down easily, so you don't get that sticky throat feeling associated with some other energy gel products.

This pack contains 30 x 60ml sachets.

Recommended Usage

Consume upto 3-4 Go Gel sachets per 60 minutes during exercise. GO energy gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective but you should ensure you keep hydrated.
