Science In Sport Go Isotonic Energy Gel delivers 25g of isotonic carbohydrate energy per sachet which should provide enough energy for 20-30 minutes of execrcise. It's isotonic formula makes it one of the few gels that can be consumed without the need for extra water.
Go Gel has a slightly more liquid consistency than many gels which has been designed to go down easily and avoid the sticky throat feeling that can be associated with some gel products.
Recommended Usage
Consume upto 3-4 sachets per 60 minutes during exercise. Go Gels are isotonic and do not need to be consumed with water to be effective but you should always ensure you keep hydrated.

Press Reviews
220 Triathlon Magazine - "The highest serving on review (60ml) is the most dilute on offer, but it still supplies you with 22g of carbohydrate. As a result, it doesn't require a full 500ml chaser of water to achieve the correct mix. Sodium content is relatively low at 10mg per sachet, so make sure you're getting this from elsewhere if your stomach can handle it. Some particularly sweaty people can lose 500mg during an hour run (check the salt marks on your shirt and take heed if this is you). Thanks to the lower concentration the taste is pleasantly mild and actually resembles a real orange. SIS Go went down really well with only a little after taste. Rating - 8"
Runners World Magazine - "An isotonic gel with mild flavours. The use of maltodextrins and gelling agents mean this is a sustained-release energy gel. They are easy to digest, even without water. Verdict - 4.5/5"
