The Squeezy gel racer pack contains the same gel as regular Squeezy gel sachets but in a slightly thinner formula and comes in a 125ml re-useable gel flask (there's a regular plastic gel flask inside the removeable cardboard outer packaging) making it easier to dispense as much or as little gel as you want.
Recommended Usage
Consume 25ml of Squeezy energy gel during exercise, followed by 250ml of water, for every 15-30 minutes of exercise.
