Powerbar Performance Energy Bar

The original Powerbar energy bar with C2MAX carb mix which contains a special ratio of glucose and fructose sources to help increase the amount of carbohydrates that can be digested during exercise. Powrbar Performance bars also contain added sodium to help replace loss of this electrolyte through sweat. Available in caffeinated and non caffeinated flavours.

PowerBar C2 MAX is a dual source carbohydrate blend based on a 2:1 mixture of glucose and fructose. By combing carbohydrate sources, rather than relying on glucose only, the rate of carbohydrate absorption by working muscles can be increased by over 50%. More energy to the muscles means improved endurance performance, with research studies showing on average improvement of 8%.
