Science In Sport Rego Recovery is a carbohydrate and protein based drink with micro nutrients designed to be taken after exercise to help improve recovery and boost adaptation.

SIS Rego Recovery Recommended Usage

Rego Recovery has been designed to provide rapidly absorbed protein and carbohydrates, together with a structured dose of vitamins and minerals, to help rapidly rebuild and repair muscles. Simply add upto 500ml of water to 50g of Rego Reovery and shake well ensuring lid is firmly closed. For easy mixing turn bottle upside down and tap base. Drink within 20 minutes after exercise, take a second serving within 60 minutes if required. Rego Recovery is best served chilled. Always ensure adequate hydration during exercise and consume a well balanced diet.
