Free Shipping (UK)

Free shipping to UK addresses is offered on all orders over £50, select the free shipping option at the checkout stage. Orders are usually sent via Parcelforce and will require a signature on delivery

Free shipping is not available to delivery addresses outside the UK.

Flat Rate Shipping (UK)

If you don't qualify for free shipping we can deliver within the UK for a flat rate of £4.50 no matter how heavy your order is. Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Force so delivery is typically 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch, orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Parcels sent via Parcelforce require a signature on delivery.

Flat rate shipping is not available to delivery addresses outside the UK.

Delivery By Weight (UK)

For smaller orders the shipping by weight option may be cheaper than our flat rate shipping. As the name suggest delivery charges are based on the weight of your order which will be automatically calculated at the check out stage after entering your delivery address details. Small orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class so delivery is typically 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch, orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. -

• Orders under 100g will be charged postage of £2.00
• Orders under 500g will be charged postage of £2.75
• Orders under 750g will be charged postage of £3.50
• Orders under 1kg will be charged postage of £4.50
• Orders over 1kg will be charged postage of £7.00 

British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

We're happy to ship orders via the BFPO, the same shipping options and rates apply, when completing your order fill in the delivery address placing the information as follows -

Address Line 1 = Service No Rank Name
Town = Unit/Regt
County = Operation Name
Postcode = BFPO No
Country = United Kingdom

As required by the BFPO we'll remove the country line from the address label but this must be completed when you place your order to ensure shipping is calculated correctly.

USA, Canada & Other Non-European Countries

We're happy to ship orders to destinations outside of those Europeans countries listed above but sometimes costs can be prohibitive. Please contact us first at team@thefeedstation.com so we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Packaging

We're believers in the small change, big difference approach when it comes to reducing our impact on the environment. One way we're trying to make a difference is by reducing our waste and re-using packaging wherever possible. Obviously we don't re-use damaged packaging as we want your goods to reach you in perfect condition but it may mean your order doesn't always come in a shiny brand new cardboard box.
